About This Plan

This house plan features approximately 1,800 square feet of living space and an unfinished basement option designed for expansion and versatility. There are three bedrooms and two plus bathrooms in this traditional style family home. Craftsman features are highlighted on the exterior façade creating visual interest and include architectural design elements such as brick, siding, barn-like garage doors and double porches. The covered front porch leads into the two story foyer which is open to the formal dining room with column detailing and family room. The two story family room is a large room with rear wall fireplace and provides access to the rear deck. The kitchen and breakfast room is a fantastic space for family dining and entertaining; it is quite spacious and the second covered porch is accessed through French doors off the breakfast room. The family friendly kitchen features double sink views, a separate pantry and an abundance of counter and cabinet space. A two car garage, powder room and coat closet for guests completes the main level of living.
